Corner and cobbles

This is a piece I did for New York's Department of Environmental
Protection. It is currently on display at their office space in the Le
Frak Building in Queens, NY. I captured the curb, cobble stones and a
lovely little cover with a star in the center. I tried to give the
work a celestial quality.

US Capitol

This very mandalaish cover is from Washington DC. The design lines the
US Capitol reflecting pool.

Lots of layers

I don't take pictures of every painting I make and sell. This one had
so many layers though I felt I should document it. It was almost ugly
which can be damn pretty.
If I remember correctly the reason it got so much paint on it was
because I really screwed it up about 4 layers into working on it and
really wanted to recover something from all the time I had put into it.

Sewer cover with song idea.

Here I added some words from a song/poem about honking horns I had
been inspired to write while selling my work up at the museum. I took
this picture so I could copy the words down on paper.

Central Park Sandstone

This is a rubbing of some of the sandstone in Central Park's Bethesda
Terrace.

First post

This is a coal hole I painted during a trip to Dublin a few years ago.
